Open Question: How do you properly quote song titles/artists and lyrics in a book?

I wrote a fiction book. It's over 90,000 words and I'm trying to edit it. I mention various songs and musicians throughout the book and at one point I wrote the lyrics to part of a song. Example One: We were listening to Shania Twains, That Don't Impress Me Much. What is suppose to be in quotes? What's suppose to be italisized.
